WELCOME TO
WREATHS FOR WESTERN RESERVE

Wreaths for Western Reserve was formed to solicit donations for the placement of wreaths at
headstones of our fallen heroes laid to rest at the Ohio Western Reserve National Cemetery,
Rittman, Ohio. Thank you to all the volunteers and supporters who made the 2012 wreath laying
campaign our best ever! We placed over 3,000 wreaths this year which was twice as many as
last year. Special placements were made at almost 1,000 gravesites. The weather was
relatively mild which helped with the process. It was also a factor in enabling several
hundred members of the public to attend the noon time ceremony.

The 2013 National Remembrance Day will take place Saturday, December 14. Donations and
sponsorships can be made any time before Saturday, November 23. Any donations received after
that date will be applied to the 2014 campaign..

We encourage everyone to visit the cemetery on the wreath laying day to honor those who have made the ultimate sacrifice and attend the brief ceremony. By doing so, we continue the mission to

~REMEMBER THE FALLEN~
~HONOR THOSE WHO SERVE ~
~AND TEACH OUR CHILDREN THE VALUE OF FREEDOM~
